Philip N. Bastian is dedicated in the pursuit of justice for those who have suffered serious injury or death through the negligence of others. Everett personal injury cases involving brain injury, wrongful death, and other serious bodily injury are commonly settled, mediated, arbitrated and tried in court by our lawyers on a no recovery, no fee basis (contingency fee). We commonly handle cases involving car accidents, dangerous premises cases, slip and fall injuries, and tractor trailer / commercial vehicle crashes. The firm also represents numerous clients in matters involving estate planning.
Our attorneys will carefully and professionally review your legal concerns and, if you have a meritorious case, represent your interests zealously and honestly.
The Everett Personal Injury attorney team of Duce Bastian Peterson was founded in 1948.
Wesley K. Duce (1920 – 1997) was the founding partner. He built his practice of law on principles of integrity and the vigorous pursuit of justice. These principles guided the firm for over 70 years.
Bruce A. Peterson (1958 – 2020) worked at the firm for more than 25 years and represented numerous clients in all types of cases with integrity, skill, and compassion. Sadly, he passed in January 2020.
David W. Duce, son of Wesley Duce, was also a partner of Duce Bastian Peterson. Beginning July 2020, David took a leave of absence to serve as mission president in Peru, along with his wife, for his church.
With these changes, the firm of Duce Bastian Peterson was dissolved as of July 1, 2020, and Phil Bastian has established a solo practice known as The Law Office of Philip N. Bastian, Inc., P.S.
