Bruce A. Peterson
Bruce A. Peterson, a Washington resident since 1980, earned his undergraduate degree from BYU. He then attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law where he received his juris doctor degree in 1989. Mr. Peterson was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for excellent achievement in the Study of Insurance Law. He is admitted to the Washington State Bar Association and the United States Federal District Court, Western District of Washington and is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Peterson joined the firm in 1993 as a partner after maintaining a solo practice in Everett for 5 years. His range of experience includes trials, hearings, arbitrations and mediations throughout Western Washington, including the Court of Appeals.
Bruce A. Peterson is currently a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Snohomish County Bar Association. His practice focus is on civil trial work including Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Family Law, Divorce, Custody Cases, Adoption, Wills and Probate.
Bruce Peterson has earned a Martinedale –Hubbell peer rated BV rating (high to very high legal ability rating, and very high ethical rating). A married father, Mr. Peterson is active in the community in his church, has served in positions with the Boy Scouts of America and has coached local youth basketball and baseball teams.
